Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

Deferred Action is the use of discretion to defer removal against certain individuals for a period of two years who are otherwise subject to removal from the United States of America. On June 15, 2012 the Secretary of Homeland Security announced that deferred action would be considered if you met certain criteria. If you qualify for deferred action, you may also be eligible for an Employment Authorization Document.
